Friends of Xu Bo | "Friends of Xu Bo" symposium was successfully held

On the morning of December 17, 2017, the "Friends of Xubo" symposium was successfully held in the reception room of Xuzhou Museum. The participants in the symposium included the curator, secretary, comrade Li Xiaojun, deputy curator, deputy secretary, comrade Liu Zhaojian, relevant staff and 15 senior members of "Friends of Xubo". The symposium was held mainly for on-site discussion and exchange on how to better organize and carry out the future work of "Friends of Xu Bo".
The "Friends of Xu Bo" symposium includes five agenda items: reading out the articles of association, issuing membership cards and filling in questionnaires, speaking by members' representatives, introducing the work priorities of the museum leaders, and members' exchange and discussion.

At the symposium, curator Li Xiaojun said that the establishment of "Friends of Xu Bo" and the participation of the majority of members form a joint force with the museum, which is an effective combination of social resources. It also gave a brief report on the development direction of the museum's work in the next two to three years in terms of exhibition, digital information, cultural and creative products, social services, scientific research and other aspects.
At the symposium, member representative Zhou Haihang made an impassioned speech, proposing to give full play to advantages, conduct regular activities, offer suggestions and strengthen exchanges. Subsequently, the members present at the scene made speeches one by one. They from all fields, according to their own feelings, also made constructive comments on the development of the work of the museum, and said that they would spare no effort to support the future work and activities of "Friends of Xu Bo", which once aroused resonance and applause at the scene.

The last two curators also said that the symposium was a powerful measure to integrate social resources and help the construction of our library, which is of great benefit to the construction of the first-level library that our library is promoting in depth. Our library will carefully summarize the reasonable suggestions of the participants and implement them in the work, so as to continuously promote the construction and development of our library to a new level!
